Our Vision
At the Hudson Flow Movement Studio we believe that holistic health and well being are a deeply connected and dynamic flow between mind, body & spirit.
The studio is dedicated to integrating movement and breath into our daily lives and self care rituals.
We will offer a variety of private and group pilates (mat and Reformer), yoga, barre and meditation classes to serve a diversity of students. These classes will give you the opportunity to build strength and integrity in the physical body and energetic system, whilst also giving you the space to turn inwards, to reflect and ground.
